We provide your named system administrator(s) with phone access to our concierge team, product alerts and a support knowledge base. Support tickets can be submitted by the support portal or by phone.

Community Support

Adrenna’s transition services can provide you with the capabilities you require to make a switch. To qualify your organization or institution must have less than 12 months left on an existing vendor’s contract
